At PUMBA, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns and issue refunds for items that are unopened and in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

• We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened, as they are food items and cannot be resold.
• If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

To initiate a return, please reach out to the PUMBA team with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Perfect for Post-climbing, post-gym and after other intense activities for optimal muscle recovery and repair. Ideally use within 30min to 2h after excersize.

Also great for Outdoor adventures, where sustained energy is needed, like hiking or multi-pitch-routes, fueling gym sessions and as a mid-morning or afternoon snack keeping you full and foscued.

Not recommended for High endurance sports, such as trail-running or long-distance cycling, where quicker energy sources are preferred. For these, our Energy and Indulge bars are a better fit.

Furthermore the iron content of insect protein can exceed the iron content of traditional meat sources like beef steak.

RASPBERRY POWDER Packed with antioxidants and vitamin C, rasberry supports immune health and adds a natural, tangy flavor. Furthermore, it also contributes to the bar's vibrant colour and overall nutrient profile.
